What: Unleashing and Celebrating Sex: Break Free from Shame
We all want to enhance sexual intimacy and increase pleasure. However, there are many barriers that prevent us from exploring sensuality and sex.
These barriers include judgments about sex, negative feelings like shame, guilt, and jealousy, and difficulty in communicating our deepest desires.
In this month’s Learn to Love, experts Dr. Beth Gadomski and Eileen Chao, CSB
will help you break through the emotional, psychological, and physical barriers that preventing us all from cultivating and celebrating sex.
This dynamic presentation will integrate Beth and Eileen’s wealth of experience in psychology, embodied experiential learning, and sex/intimacy coaching to unleash and enhance your authentic sexual expression. By offering accessible strategies to improve communication to partners about sexual preferences, interests, and inclinations, you will open to boundless sexual possibilities.
The evening will conclude with an opportunity to ask questions about your sexual challenges, concerns, or curiosities.
Dr. BETH GADOMSKI
Dr. Beth Gadomski is a licensed clinical psychologist offering therapy to adult individuals, couples, and partners in Oakland and San Francisco, California. In addition to specializing in depression, anxiety, grief/loss, identity integration, and self-esteem, other areas of expertise include working with subcultural identities and alternative sexualities, including non-monogamy, polyamory, BDSM, and kink. EILEEN CHAO, CSB
Eileen Chao, CSB is a somatic sex, intimacy and kink coach working with individuals and couples to gain sexual intelligence and erotic proficiency. She specializes in overcoming anxiety, working through shame, sexual difficulties/dysfunctions, erotic and pleasure skills building, effective communication, navigating open and poly relationships, how to experience greater pleasure, and confidence building. Her approach is mostly experiential, and she provides a safe space for individuals to explore and practice the changes they would like to make.
